Swing Dance Lessons

Spreading the love of West Coast Swing dancing,
we have three amazing classes:
7:00pm to 8:00pm Level 1 Class (Beginner Progressive)
7:00pm to 8:00pm Level 3 Class (Advanced)
8:00pm - 8:45pm Level 2 Class (Intermediate)
Level 1 Class Description (Beginner)
The introductory level of classes, intended for newcomer and beginner west coast swing dancers. Also great for helping refine the basics for those who have been dancing for a while but haven’t taken too many formal lessons. It will cover basic west coast swing patterns and technique.
Level 2 Class Description (Intermediate)
The next level of classes, intended for dancers with a solid grasp of the basics, is aimed at leveling up dancers and introducing a wide array of more advanced techniques. It will cover topics such as six-count variations, refining connection, turns and preps, countering in open and closed, rhythm and musicality, and more!
Level 3 Class Description (Advanced)
This class is intended for dancers aimed at leveling up and introducing a wide array of more advanced techniques. It will cover topics such as six-count variations, refining connection, turns and preps, countering in open and closed, rhythm and musicality, and more! This class also aims to develop individual dancers into their dance potential with a diverse range of concepts, drills, and applications that will change over time as the class develops. We intend to push dancers outside of their comfort zones and expand their dance.
DJ/Dancing
(8:00pm - 11:30pm)
Dancing to your favorite DJ's from 8:00pm-11:30pm. You will hear the newest & hottest West Coast Swing music from Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Funk, EDM (Ambient, Chill), Alternative, World Music
and a little bit of Blues & Latin.
Spotlight Critiques
(11:00pm - 11:15pm)
Great opportunity for dancers to practice spotlight dances and receive critiques from Champion dancers/instructors who are also judges at weekend conventions. Each spotlight dance will be no more than two minutes long. There is no cost and must sign up ahead of time.
